Issue

I am a first time user and my User ID/password does not seem to work.

  1. Your initial User ID and password are both the same randomly generated alpha-numeric code. Be sure you enter both exactly the same. Once you logon successfully, you will be allowed to customize your User ID and password.
  2. Check with your employer to verify the accuracy of the User ID/password that you have been issued, and to verify that your User ID/password has not already used by another person.
  3. Call internhousing.com USA toll-free technical support at (877) 989-0410, or e-mail for help to: [email protected].

Issue

I have attempted to set up my profile using an ID and password issued by my sponsoring company, but it keeps taking me back to the "User Login - First Time Sign-On" page.

  1. Check your browser settings. Set your browser to accept cookies. Cookies are required for the system to recognize your password protected profile.
  2. Check to see that you are running a recent version of your browser. You may encounter problems attempting to use the site on an obsolete browser.
  3. To successfully register, be sure to complete all four pages of the profile section.
  4. Call internhousing.com USA toll-free technical support at (877) 989-0410, or e-mail for help to: [email protected].

Issue

I have previously set-up my profile, but have misplaced my password.

  1. Go to the internhousing.com home page. Select "Forgot Password", enter your email address associated with your account and select "Lookup". Your login information will be emailed to you.

Issue

My searches are resulting in too many, or too few candidates.

  1. 1. Login using your password. You can revise your search parameters by clicking on the "Update Profile" button from your personal main menu page. One simple strategy is to expand or minimize the "search radius" parameter you have selected. You might also consider changing your shared housing partner profile to either include more, or reduce the number of matches you are receiving.
